Hear Dream Vessels at Turner Contemporary 20th June from 4pm

MH DV test small

From 4pm on Saturday 20th June at Turner Contemporary come and meet Radio Arts artists Magz, Jim and Tim and listen to a dozen dream vessels we are producing as part of a day long workshop to create a new radio art installation. The project was inspired by early surrealist radio, Grayson Perry’s pots and Tibor Fishers book Collector Collector. Each pot will transmit via FM the person making its dreams.

Rasberry Pi Radio Workshop

We are running a Rasberry Pi radio workshop 26th June 10- 4pm.

There will be assorted equipment, enough for people to work with. Full details on our Workshop page. Led by Grant Smith and Max Baraitser from sound Camp

Dream Vessels

Come and make a dream vessel with Magz, Tim  and Jim at the Turner Contemporary June 20th, 10-4pm free workshop. Participants will help create a new radio art work by soldering FM transmitters on pots & broadcasting their dreams. No experience needed, just a bring along a diary of your most vivid dreams. The project is inspired by Grayson Perry’s vivid ceramics and surrealist radio.
